PRO DJs USA is a free on-line booking service for you to use as an advertising/booking portal but you MUST keep your "availability calendar" current as all bookings are handled through an automated "availability" system. Our web site only shows the results of DJs who are available on dates prospective clients input. If someone books your services but you did not update your "availability calendar" and are not actually available, you may be required to pay all fees occurred by PRO DJs USA including, but not limited to credit card processing fees and deposits to remain listed on our site.

PRO DJs USA automatically adds a 20% booking fee on-top of your pricing structure. This fee is what enables PRO DJs USA to remain free of up-front and re-occurring charges. Please note that when someone views your profile your pricing will appear 20% greater because of this. If you change your pricing structure at a later time, PRO DJs USA will automatically include these changes so you will still only pay a 20% booking fee based off of your new pricing structure and not your old. PRO DJs USA booking fee is subject to change at any time without notice.

All information you list about your service such as, but not limited to experience, type of equipment you use, song selections and licensing must be accurate or PRO DJs USA may remove your listing. PRO DJs USA is not responsible for any confirmed bookings that change their date or cancel their event and can not be held liable for any credit or reimbursement already collected by PRO DJs USA. Any dispute must be resolved between you (the DJ) and the entity who hired you. PRO DJs USA will not list any contact information for general searches such as phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, web site URLs and other similar types of contact information until a signed agreement and deposit have been received by PRO DJs USA from a client. You will how ever be able to post your pictures, pricing, types of events you perform, a brief description about your service and comments from past events. All listings will be reviewed before being activated. Any changes to a listing will also be reviewed before the update will be posted. PRO DJs USA does not withhold any money for tax purposes and it will be your sole responsibility (the DJ) to follow all local, state and federal laws including, but not limited to payment of your taxes, noise ordinances and more. PRO DJs USA reserves the right to remove your listing if it is found that you have a criminal record that may directly impact the credibility of our web site. If it is found that you bypassed PRO DJs USA and booked an event directly as a result of your listing on the PRO DJs USA web site, PRO DJs USA reserves the right to remove your listing, take back any events scheduled though our web site to be reassigned to someone else and cease to work with you. PRO DJs USA also reserves the right to seek legal action for full reimbursement of amount you charged the client or clients and for, but not limited to any additional monetary damages. PRO DJs USA may update the terms and conditions of this agreement at anytime which may require you to accept the new policy. When such changes occur you will be notified by email. If it is required of you to agree to the new terms and conditions but you do not accept by a predetermined date and time your listing may be suspended or removed plus you may loose any future confirmed events which may result in being reassigned to someone else.
